On another note,I talked to Chuck and John last night for 1 1/2 hrs.

Looks like they are sending me a phone,and software to get started in support team for holy tea.

I'll probably start help desk first as Im in training,but will move into phone support soon also.

I'll let you all know when im live.

I have phone ,yahoo messenger support for the owners,so once I get going,my team will have me for support most of the time.

It's alot of work getting setup..
